C'mon-----anyone can do 10 pushups...
drop and do 1 pushup
on your feet...drop do 2 pushups
on your feet...drop do 3 pushups
on your feet...drop do 4 pushups
on your feet...drop do 5 pushups
continue to 10...do 10 more, and work down to zero...
NOW---arms out to the sides and do small circles for 1 minute
reverse directions and do small circles for another minute
NOW "Push up the world" Military press with no weight---100 times.
rinse..repeat til you burn...
