More Winter Pics

Postby Ruger204 on Sat Apr 12, 2008 12:01 am

I took these shots yesterday (April 10). I was standing on over 5' of snow in most of them. The temp when we got to work @ 0515 was -3 deg. and reached a whopping 27 deg. in the afternoon. Please don't complain about winter. LOL

Absolutely gorgeous man. You guys complain cause it's too cold and I complain cause I never see any snow. Oh well. It hit 80 for the first time this weekend.

I'm happy for ya. Going down to 30* degrees tonight. Rain and wind all day with a steadily dropping temperature. :(

Great shots again Ruger! Don't feel so bad, it was 38 degrees here Saturday and I was out in sandals. Froze my toes off coming home from the birthday bash seeing how it was snowing!

Oh well....soon I'll be in sunny Cali!!!

Grrrr! We had a gorgeous weekend, in the high 60's, the snow was melting at the mine. Even the snow on the rooftops of the old buildings is gone. Guess what? Today it friggin snowed AGAIN!

I'm gonna have some cool pics tomorrow. There's an outfit that flies equipment into the backcountry by helicopter. They're gonn be staging down the creek from where I work. I'm gonna go down and watch them fly stuff around tomorrow. Heh, heh, heh. I love that aviator stuff.
