How is everybody? How is jeff doing..geez I miss you guys...

Well DB, I had a rough week myself. Took a fall and ended up at the ER for x-rays on my left ankle. Thankfully nothing was broken, just a severe sprain. Today was my first day off of crutches. What a PITA those things are! I still have some swelling and the bruises are still there but it's getting better. I'm resting, icing it and keeping it elevated.

I got a letter from Jeff this week and he seems to be taking it all in stride. He still has his sense of humor and that's a good thing.

I concur with you....I miss everyone here as well!

Sorry to hear about your ankle. I know that hurts. I broke mine in 2003. It's been raining about every day here. We have had a few nice days. I have a lot of pain in my back and neck.

They say I have about 6 bulged or herniated discs. I mostly spend time working at the bike shop,and riding when I can.

I haven't been able to shoot the bow for about 2 months,because of the disc thing.

I have to see a nuero surgeon soon. Other than that,everything is great..

Sorry to hear that your bulging/herniated disc are giving you all that pain. And, that you aren't able to shoot your bows. That really has to suck! When I was working and handling the worker's compensation claims, I couldn't help but feel for the guys who had the same thing you have.

Keep us updated after you see the neuro surgeon.

Hey DB! Just wondering how you're doing with your back issues. Haven't gotten an update in about a month now. Hope you've been able to enjoy some of these warmer months.

Jsut a lot of aches and pains. it seemed like the rain would never stop. This is the best week of weather we've had this year. Take care.
